I am from Los Angeles, where you don’t see this kind of thing often. And although LA isn’t the quietest city, every time I have visited New York I have been shockingly amazed at how the bustle and hubbub in that city never ceases to die down. This picture only became proof as my sister, a student at NYU, and I were walking along the Highline, an up and coming park meets sightseeing hotspot. I don’t visit the Big Apple often but when I do I make sure to capture the unfamiliar because I am constantly being exposed and greeted by new sights and aspects of the city trip after trip.
